Luxury Concierge Travel (LCT) specializes in incentive travel, helping companies reward top performers with unforgettable experiences. Previously, each new client required a custom destination catalog which created a time-consuming process. To streamline operations and boost profitability, we transformed the offering into a productized system: one curated catalog divided into three pricing tiers. Companies now select from this standardized set, simplifying planning while preserving exclusivity. This shift required cohesive brand work, from product naming and website updates to marketing and catalog design. We also created a custom GPT tool to answer recipient questions before they redeem, freeing up valuable time for the concierges.

Recognition Experience: Gift Box

Recognition Experience: Redemption Site GPT (Vera)
Our custom GPT, named Vera, plays an important role in the trip redemption process. When achievers receive access to their online catalog, Vera is front and center on the homepage. This encourages achievers to ask questions before redeeming a specific location. From a design stand-point I wanted to keep the UX similar to other GPT's out there, so the achiever would know how to interact with Vera and get the most out of their experience with it. Allowing the achiever to choose from starter questions was also important, so they didn't feel pressure to come with their own question right off the bat.
